Kwadwo Baah Agyemang Celebrates Birthday With Kids At Agogo Hospital

Hon. Kwadwo Baah Agyemang, the former Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem North, marked his birthday this past weekend by bringing joy and relief to the pediatric ward of the Agogo Government Hospital.
On Sunday afternoon, Hon. Agyemang visited the facility to distribute nutritious packaged meals and assorted drinks to the children and their mothers.
The visit follows his birthday, which fell on Saturday, January 24, 2026.
Heartwarming Celebration:
The atmosphere at the ward was transformed into one of celebration as hospital staff, parents, and young patients joined the former MP to cut his birthday cake.
For many families currently facing the stress of medical recovery, the visit provided a much-needed morale boost.
Adwoa Amponsah, a 35-year-old mother, expressed her gratitude, noting how “heartwarming” it was to see the former lawmaker visit her child’s bedside to offer prayers and refreshments.
Grace Asante, another parent at the ward, remarked on the impact of the gesture: “It was truly moving to see our former MP choose to celebrate his special day with these children. My daughter was so happy to see him.”
Personal Mission of Compassion:
Speaking to the press during the visit, Hon. Agyemang revealed that this annual tradition is rooted in personal experience.
Having suffered the loss of a child in the past, he has dedicated his birthdays to showing love and support to children in need.
“I felt a deep sense of fulfillment seeing the happiness on these children’s faces,” Hon. Agyemang stated.
He added, “I pray that God heals every one of them and restores their health so they may grow to live impactful lives.”
