Traditional Authorities of Manso – Kumpese, a community in the Amansie South District of the Ashanti Region have organized a colorful ceremony to outdoor their new queen mother to ensure rapid Socio- economic development of the community.
The queen mother, was outdoored on Wednesday 29th December 2021at Kumpese with a collective determination to promote development and peaceful coexistence of all residents.
In her brief remarks Nana Abena Konto Ababio ll called on her people both residents and diaspora to rally behind her to bring development to them .
Revealing her priorities to the media Nana Abena Konto disclosed that, the community lack developmental projects but the most pressing one has been a public toilet and that she will do all that she can to provide public toilet facility to the community.
She again called on government to fix the deplorable nature of roads in the area as Manso provide a lot of revenue to the state through the rich Natural resources derived from the area including gold and timber.
On his part Asene Abusuapanin Kwabena Apumasu urged the residents to accord the queen mother the needed respect and cooperation to discharge her duties effectively.
He entreated the people to live in peace and harmony and also added his voice together with some of the elders on the needed developmental projects for the community.
