Isaac Kwame Asiamah Calls for Continuity of Development Projects During Visit to Nyinahinhene
Former Minister for Youth and Sports and former Member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah, has called for the continuity of development projects in the constituency during a courtesy visit to the Nyinahinhene, Dr Nana Amanpene Twum Boateng II.

The visit, which took place at the Nyinahin Traditional Palace, was to express Hon. Asiamah’s appreciation to the paramount chief and the traditional leadership for the immense support and cooperation he enjoyed throughout his more than 20 years of service as the Member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua. He acknowledged that the guidance and backing of Nana Amanpene Twum Boateng II played a key role in the developmental gains recorded in the area during his tenure in Parliament.

Hon. Asiamah was accompanied by Hon. Isaac Kofi Marfo and Wofa Marfo. Addressing the gathering, the former minister reflected on several initiatives and projects initiated while he was in office and stressed the need for sustained efforts to ensure their completion and long-term impact. He noted that development should not be stalled by political transitions, but rather strengthened through continuity and collective commitment.
According to Hon. Asiamah, Atwima Mponua’s progress must remain a shared responsibility involving traditional authorities, political leaders and the youth, adding that his interest in the welfare of the constituency remains strong despite no longer holding public office.

In his remarks, the Nyinahinhene, Dr Nana Amanpene Twum Boateng II, expressed gratitude to Hon. Asiamah for the visit and praised him for his thoughtfulness and dedication to the constituency. He described the call for continuity as timely and important, noting that sustained development requires cooperation and a common vision among all stakeholders.
Nana Amanpene Twum Boateng II reaffirmed the commitment of the traditional leadership to work with all well-meaning partners to advance education, infrastructure and socio-economic development in Atwima Mponua.
