(1) Discomfort In The Chest.

When one notices discomfort in the chest , then know that their is a problem. Muscle strain. Inflammation of the muscles and tendons around the ribs can result in persistent chest pain, and a sign of I’ll health of the heart.

(2) Stomach Pain And Nausea .

Dizziness can be a sign of a problem with your blood flow. Your brain needs a steady supply of oxygen-rich blood. Otherwise, you can become lightheaded and even faint. Some causes of low blood flow to the brain include blood clots, clogged arteries, heart failure, and an irregular heartbeat.

(5) Pain In The Throat Or Jaw.

Pain on one side of your throat after swallowing could be the result of nerve painfrom glossopharyngeal neuralgia. This condition can occur on one side in the ears, back of the tongue, tonsil, or in the jaw. This is a rare condition that can cause attacks of sudden and severe pain.

(6) Fatigue.

Most of the time, they are caused by stress and anxiety, or because you’ve had too much caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol. They can also happen when you’re pregnant. In rare cases, palpitations can be a sign of a more serious heart condition. So, if you have heart palpitations, see your doctor.
