I WILL STAND FIRM FOR BIBIANI DEVELOPMENT – NANA NGOAH ANYIMAH KODOM II.

Chief of Bibiani in the Western North Region of Ghana, Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II has stated that, he will stand firm for his people’s in terms of development.

Speaking after a stakeholders engagement with Ashante Gold Corporation Bibiani and the authorities of Bibiani at Kumasi Golden Tulip, he explained that, he wasn’t around when the mining company came to his community but he assured his people a fair and transparent deal with the company on behalf of the community as he returned and met his people.

He mentioned that, there was misunderstanding among them based on the companies arrangements in the community but now that they’ve met for mutual understanding and the way forward of Bibiani development things has started getting better and they will meet again in no time to affirm all agreement to achieve the development that he need for the community.

He again called on the assembly to back him up by sharing ideas together for the development of Bibiani because he want his community to named Ghana’s Johannesburg in the next five years as the community needs interchange and many other infrastructural development.

Nana Ngoah go further and appeal to the entire Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Assembly Members that, they should do team work and also respect to his calls every day he needs them to plan towards their aid. He continue says that he don’t need any demonstrations at his communities again because he want peace and unity.

Vice President for Asante Gold Corporation Mr. Bashir A. Ahmed also said the company is ready to join hands with the Chief of Bibiani Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II, the Municipal authorities and the entire members of Bibiani to attain development.
