A woman was interviewed on Oyerepa TV to share her plight or the ordeal she went through when she was with her husband.
According to the woman, there was a wake-keeping ongoing at the place she stay with her husband.
They have no children but were living with their relatives who are at the ages of seven (7) and eleven (11) years old.
The woman attended the wake-keeping with the children and when she returned, the man locked the door and failed to open it even though he witnessed their presence.
She together with the children spent the night at the man’s relative’s house.
She returned on the following day and her husband was still denying her access to the room.
She began to react in an attempt to break the door.
The man got angry and took a pistol to beat up the woman mercilessly.
He left bruises on the woman’s skin.
