A young Ghanaian lady probably between the ages of 20 and 30 years has been recorded on camera telling how regretful she is after ignoring her parents’ advice to follow bad friends. Speaking in the video, the young lady said that she had some bad friends back in the days of her schooling. What they do is that they come and call her anytime there is a program in the town. They invited her to parties, nightclubs, funerals, and weddings among others.
However, her parents were always advising her to stop following those friends but she didn’t listen to them. She will wait for her parents to sleep and sneak out of the house and follow these friends wherever they are going. As a result of this, she got pregnant and was drop out of school. Even after this, her father didn’t give up on her. He bought a catering form for her but unfortunately, she was pregnant again.
She didn’t want to tell her father because it will break his heart. A few days before the time she was going to learn the catering job, she started vomiting and she was taken to the hospital. The nurse conducted the test and they told the father that she is pregnant. As a result of this, she couldn’t learn the catering job as well.
She then started following these bad friends as they were sleeping with men for money. The sad part of it is that she couldn’t use the money from the prostitution job to do anything. According to her, she has regretted listening to the advice of her bad friends, dropping out of school, and not listening to her parents.
