Hon. Peter Awere Donates 150 Bags of Cement to Support Manso Adubia Police Station Project

Hon. Peter Awere, Assembly Member for the Manso Adubia Electoral Area in the Amansie South District of the Ashanti Region, has donated 150 bags of cement to the Manso Adubia Police Command to support ongoing construction works at the police station.

The donation forms part of efforts to enhance security infrastructure in the area, as the police command undertakes several improvement projects, including the construction of a perimeter fence wall and other ancillary works aimed at improving the operational environment for officers and the safety of the facility.

The items were presented during a brief but colourful ceremony at the police station, witnessed by police personnel and community members. Speaking to the media after the presentation, Hon. Peter Awere said the donation was motivated by his commitment to supporting institutions that play a critical role in maintaining peace, law, and order in the community. He noted that a well-resourced and secure police station is essential for effective policing and community safety.

Hon. Awere further indicated that the Manso Adubia community continues to experience infrastructural growth, and it was important for security infrastructure to keep pace with development. He therefore called on other stakeholders and benevolent individuals to support the police command to ensure the timely completion of the project.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the command, the Manso Adubia Police Commander, Superintendent John Yeboah, expressed profound gratitude to Hon. Peter Awere for the timely support. He described the gesture as a significant contribution that would greatly aid the progress of the ongoing works.

Superintendent Yeboah commended the Assembly Member for his consistent concern for security and development in the electoral area and assured that the donated cement would be used strictly for its intended purpose.
