Hon. Frank Yeboah Vows to Prioritize Youth Empowerment and Job Creation in Atwima Nwabiagya North

The Member of Parliament for Atwima Nwabiagya North, Hon. Frank Yeboah, widely known as Adwuma Wura, has reaffirmed his commitment to youth empowerment, emphasizing that his administration will focus on education, skills training, and job creation to uplift young people in the constituency.

According to him, tackling unemployment requires a multi-faceted approach, including improving education, providing apprenticeship training, and fostering entrepreneurship. He believes these initiatives will not only equip the youth with employable skills but also create self-sufficient individuals who will contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economy.

Transforming Education for a Brighter Future

Hon. Yeboah highlighted education as a major pillar of his development agenda. He has spearheaded initiatives such as spelling bee competitions across schools in the constituency, held three times a year to improve students’ reading and English proficiency.

“I believe education is key to breaking the cycle of poverty. That is why I have supported many young people in my constituency by covering their fees for nursing education and other professional training programs. My vision is to see more doctors, nurses, and skilled professionals emerging from Atwima Nwabiagya North in the coming years,” he stated.

Key Developmental Projects Undertaken

Even before assuming office, Hon. Yeboah played a crucial role in infrastructural development in the constituency. One of his significant interventions was the reconstruction of a collapsed bridge at Aboaboso, which serves as a vital connection between Koforidua and Akropong.

“The damage to the bridge made it difficult for schoolchildren and residents to move freely. I took the initiative to rebuild it, and now the community can access schools and other essential services without challenges,” he explained.

In addition to his contributions to infrastructure, he facilitated the establishment of the first-ever pharmaceutical facility in Atwima Nwabiagya North, providing improved healthcare access to residents.

A Vision for Sustainable Development

Hon. Frank Yeboah, who was elected in the December 7, 2024, elections and previously served as Director of Procurement at the National Health Insurance Authority, has assured his constituents of his unwavering commitment to development.

“My focus is clear—I want to create more opportunities for the youth, invest in education, and provide the necessary support for young entrepreneurs and skilled workers. I am determined to make Atwima Nwabiagya North a hub of economic growth and transformation,” he affirmed.

With his focus on education, healthcare, and job creation, Hon. Yeboah is poised to lead Atwima Nwabiagya North towards a future of prosperity and development.
