The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre hosted a group of students from Harvard Business School (Boston), who are in the country on a field course project intended for them to better understand Ghana’s business environment.
The students explored interest in industries and sectors where foreign investment is increasing in Ghana, and how the Centre works closely with private sector members such as Global Trade Consult among others.
The team was received by the Centre’s Director of Investor Services, Mr Edward Ashong- Lartey, while the Deputy Director of Investor Services, Mrs Evelyn Nyarko, took the students through the Centre’s mandate, the areas of focus in attracting FDI, partner institutions of the Centre, and how the Centre relates with foreign and local investors as well as the services it provides.
