In both 2023 and 2024, she was named among the Top 10 Public Relations Practitioners in Ghana, affirming her standing as one of the country’s most respected voices in strategic communications and reputation management.

As Head of Corporate Communications at MTN Ghana, Ms. Fiagbenu oversees internal and external communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, leadership communications and community relations. Her role also extends to directing communications for the MTN Ghana Foundation and MTN Mobile Money, two critical pillars of MTN’s social impact and digital financial inclusion agenda.

Her work has been widely recognised for aligning corporate communications with national development priorities, regulatory expectations and public trust, an approach that continues to define best practice in corporate affairs across Africa.

One of her most notable contributions has been her leadership in communicating MTN Ghana’s commitment to the country’s digital transformation agenda. Through disciplined storytelling and strategic stakeholder engagement, she has helped translate complex corporate and technological investments into clear, relatable narratives that resonate with policymakers, regulators, development partners and the general public.
