Business mogul and CEO of Angel Group of Companies, Dr. Kwaku Oteng, has shared his remarkable journey from humble beginnings as a carpenter to becoming one of Ghana’s most successful entrepreneurs.
Speaking on the Angel Morning Show on Angel FM and Angel TV, Dr. Oteng revealed that his entrepreneurial path started with carpentry before he ventured into producing Angel Cream, a business that later set the foundation for his now-thriving conglomerate.
“I started my career as a carpenter, working hard to make ends meet. Later, I ventured into producing Angel Cream, which became my breakthrough product. It wasn’t an easy journey, but with dedication, hard work, and faith, I was able to expand into other industries,” he recounted.
Dr. Oteng’s success story is a testament to resilience and determination. Over the years, he has built the Angel Group into a multi-sector business empire, spanning media, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality. “Success doesn’t happen overnight. Many young people want quick results, but they must understand that hard work, patience, and perseverance are key. No matter how small you start, if you stay committed and focused, you can achieve greatness,” he advised.
