District best coconut farmer of Sekyere Kumawu in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Hon Kofi Adade who is the assembly member of Kumawu Dadease and also a news reporter of Oyerepa Fm/TV has made a statement that,
farming is an occupation that pays a so everyone especially the youth should engage in it.
Speaking after the award ceremony, he mentioned that, it was a competition among the farmers but he won it with 267 coconut trees through the advices he got from the Agric officers and by estimating, these trees could provide a great a money in no time.
He explained further that, the certificate that will be given to him could assist him in many ways including foreign assistance which means farming is a great occupation which needs not to be jokeb with.
He called on youth not to waste time in the cities if life get twist there but should come back home and engage in farming.
