ECG Launches Official Online Radio to Engage Staff and Public

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has officially launched its online radio platform, ECG Radio, aimed at informing, educating, and engaging both its staff and the general public on the Company’s operations, values, and national impact. The platform is currently on test transmission.

The initiative, introduced by the Director of Communications, seeks to create a dynamic space where ECG can share news, stories, interviews, and insights that reflect the Company’s expertise and contributions to Ghana’s energy sector.

Speaking on the launch, the Communications team emphasized the importance of the platform as a tool to strengthen ECG’s corporate voice while providing employees and the public with accurate and timely information about the Company’s projects and programmes.

Colleagues and listeners are encouraged to tune in regularly, share feedback, and contribute quality content, including programme ideas and interviews, to make the platform more engaging and interactive.

“Your comments and contributions will be instrumental in shaping ECG Radio into a vibrant, credible, and impactful platform that we can all be proud of,” the statement noted.
