The Esono Gyimah Mampong Agyei royal family of Kwahu would like to formally notify all indigenes of Kwahu both home and abroad, all Ghanaians of the return of their majestic son, Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II, Kwahuhene back to Abene palace.
Following a court suit that declared Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II as the legally gazetted chief of Kwahu and barring any other persons from holding themselves as such, the security outfit under the administration of the current Inspector General of Police IGP Christian Tetteh Yohunoo peacefully supervised the entire process.
The family extends their heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the people of Kwahu for their unwavering support and prayers during the period of unexplained difficulties.
The family and the entire Kwahuman also extends their sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftancy and Religious Affairs, the Judicial Service of Ghana and all other agencies for the civic roles they played for this peaceful moment to be achieved, thanks to all.
