Conflict and Dispute Resolution Center Launch in kumasi to beef up justice delivery system

In order to avoid court issue within the Kumasi metropolitan assembly, a non governmental company known as peace and love has establish conflict revolution center to solve issues that are expected to send to court to seek for justice.
The conflict resolution center which was launch yesterday as Asafo is expected to solve so many conflict issues to reduce more pressure in the judicial system of the metropolis.

Speaking at the official launching ceremony, the mayor of Kumasi, Hon. Samuel Pyne stated that a lot of issues can be easily dealt with without sending it to court so the resolution to conflict alternative is one of the best way so solve so many issues without wasting our time in court.

Hon.Samuel Pyne in conclusion commended the management of peace and love conflict revolution center for coming out with this fantastic ideas to ease pressure on our judicial system adding that let’s use this opportunity to find lasting solutions to issues that can easily be handled without court process.

Meanwhile the CEO of Peace and love Alternative dispute resolution center Mr. Akuamoah Boateng added that the traditional way of settling disputes is going to court so as a think tank he decided to come out with this ideas to establish conflict revolution center to handle cases without sending it to court since a lot of court cases are solve behind the seen without one standing into the witness box of our judicial system.

He said they have trained some qualify and competent people to handle every issues in their were refurbished office at Asafo.

He opined that so many court issues destroy the relationship between two patterns since there is a winner and loser at court while others take so many times before it can be dealt with.
