COKA Emerges as the Unifying Force in NPP’s Ashanti Region Revival
Following the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) defeat in the 2024 general elections, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, widely known as COKA, has emerged as a key figure in restoring unity and rebuilding the party’s image in the Ashanti Region.

Although not an executive member or Member of Parliament, COKA has taken it upon himself to bridge divisions within the party. Through visits to party groups, individuals, and media houses, he has consistently preached peace, collaboration, and inclusivity. His proactive efforts have resonated widely, helping to heal internal rifts and prevent further reputational damage.

COKA’s influence extends beyond politics. His philanthropic initiatives have had a meaningful impact on the lives of many, providing vulnerable individuals with wheelchairs, start-up support, food, medicine, and clothing. These acts of kindness have strengthened his reputation as a compassionate and responsible leader.

Party members and supporters increasingly view COKA as a leader capable of steering the NPP toward renewed success in the Ashanti Region. His empathetic leadership style, commitment to service, and ability to unite diverse groups have earned him trust across all levels of the party.

As the NPP seeks to regain its foothold in one of its traditional strongholds, many believe that COKA’s dedication and vision will play a decisive role in restoring the party’s strength and reputation in the region.
