CLEMENT C. BLAY FOUNDATION; “SHAIP AFRICA FOUNDATION” SPONSORS MOCK EXAMINATION FOR 12 SCHOOLS IN ELLEMBELLE.

 

Shaip Africa Foundation led by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clement Clinton Blay has paid the cost of this year’s Basic School mock examination for over 500 students in 12 schools in Ellembelle district of the Western region.

This according to the Non-governmental Organization, the mock is to prepare the students for all the nine subjects of the main BECE to be written in less than two months time.

SHAIP AFRICA FOUNDATION foot the bill of all the scannable sheets, answer sheets and question papers for the BECE Mock examination for the selected schools.

Speaking on his behalf, Mr. Isaac Miezah Kodwo told New Day FM journalist, Kaakyire Kwasi Afari on Saturday, 25, that the gesture will continue every year as far as SHAIP AFRICA FOUNDATION and BECE are concerned with more school added to the gesture.

Meanwhile, Mr Isaac Miezah Kodwo has charged the students to lift high the image of the Ellembelle district and in Ghana as a whole.

Since they say education is the key to success, Mr. Isaac Miezah reiterated that the NGO’s utmost priority was in education and would, therefore, give of its best to ensure high literate population in the Ellembelle district.

He explained that the effort by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clement Clinton Blay was a way to complement the District Education directorate efforts in ensuring every school-going child in the district to have access to quality education.

Some of the schools that benefited includes; Nyame Bekyere D/A at Menzizor, Akoto D/A JHS, Kanokware D/A JHS, Kikam Methodist JHS, Eluku, Ayawura, Adubrim, Aiyinase Catholic JHS and others.

He has urged candidates for the 2021 Basic Education Certificates Examinations to be bold and exhibit a high sense of confidence during the examination.

Mr. Miezah again advised the candidates to take away fear, be focused and study hard to justify the investment made on them by the NGO and their parents and come out with good results.

Studying in rural areas he said, should not impede their future educational success hence, he encouraged the students to apply perseverance and hardworking to help them attain their goals.
