Church of Pentecost at Sepe Buokrom donates to Kumasi Children’s Home

The Church of Pentecost (COP), Sepe Buokrom Central Assembly of the Ashanti Region has presented items to the Kumasi Children’s Home.

The move was to facilitate the up the up-keep of the needy children.

The items included bags of rice, cartoons of milk, toilet rolls, galloons of cooking Oil,soaps, cartons of fruit drink, diapers, pampers,hand sanitizers, Bags of sachet water worth about Eight thousand Ghana cedis (Ghc8,000).

Elder Samuel Kofi Manu, presiding of Sepe Buokrom Central Assembly of the church of Pentecost who made the presentation said it was necessary for Christians to emulate the love of by sharing with the less privileged.

He said the church would continue to support the inmates to improve their welfare.

Elder Kofi Manu seized the opportunity appealed to benevolent, churches and stakeholders the need to support the inmates of Kumasi Children’s Home.

Receiving the items on behalf of the management of the home, Mrs Janet Addo, assistant house mother, thanked the church for the kind gesture.

She appealed to others to inculcate the habit of giving to the needy.
