BREAST CARE INTERNATIONAL JOINS MANHYIA PALACE TO CELEBRATES OTUMFUO’S 22ND ANNIVERSARY

Breast Care International in collaboration under the aspicies of Manhyia palace have organized a day free Health screening exercise to heels the Otumfuo’s 22nd anniversary as Asantehene which fell on April 26, 2021.

A team of health professionals and staffs led by the president of Breast Care International and chief executive officer of Peace and Love hospital at Oduom in Kumasi, Dr Mrs Beatrice Wiafe Addae, focused the exercise on breast cancer screening and awareness, civical cancer, prostate cancer, eye screening and non communicable diseases like blood pressure, diabetes to help the citizens get the updates of their health status.

Speaking to the media, Dr. Mrs Beatrice Wiafe Addae expressed gratitude to the Kumasi traditional Council for given them opportunity to support the king in his 22nd Anniversary celebration through promoting quality health care delivery.

She expressed gratitude to His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, for his extreme leadership role continue playing for the people of Asanteman and Ghana as a whole in the areas of education, Health, job opportunities, peace and unity through the promotion of tradition and culture.

Dr.Mrs Beatrice Wiafe Addae used the opportunity to appealed to key stakeholders in the country to show equal commitment towards the fight against non communicable diseases as continue showing against Covid-19 pandemic.

Some citizens who got opportunity at the Free Health Screening exercise expressed gratitude to Manhyia palace and Breast Care International for such great opportunity given them.
