The Asiwa local council of churches collaborated with Hon. Elvis Agyeman Duah, the assembly member for Asiwa -Bobiam electoral area in the Bosome Freho district, have organizes a crusade to devotedly prays for Ghana, Asanteman and the district as well, to ask God for his healing and protection mercies since covid-19 is still tormenting the life of people.
The service brought together all the church leaders in the Asiwa community, under one roof with common goal, to be able to worship God collectively as believers.
Pastor Sarfo Kantanka Acheampong, the caretaker of Asiwa local council of churches, explained that, healing and forgiveness are in the hands of God hence this wonderful prayer session, and he believes that, those who took part has been blessed and will receive the anointing of God.
Meanwhile ,Hon Elivs Agyemang Duah the assembly member for Asiwa Bobiam electoral area, who revealed that, it’s very necessary to excessively get closer to God, because nothing can’t be possible without the presence of God.
According to him, this will not be last occasion but will continue periodically to help prays for the progress of the community.
