Atwima Nwabiagya North MP Frank Yeboah Commissions His Personal Office at Asuofua to Tackle Constituents’ Concerns

The Member of Parliament for Atwima Nwabiagya North, Hon. Frank Yeboah, has officially commissioned his personal MP office at Asuofua, in a move aimed at bringing parliamentary service closer to the people and ensuring that constituents’ concerns are addressed more promptly and effectively.

The colourful ceremony, held over the weekend, drew a large crowd of traditional leaders, assembly members, political party executives, religious leaders, youth groups, and constituents from across the constituency. The event was hailed by many as a milestone in strengthening the bond between the MP and the people he represents.

Speaking at the commissioning, Hon. Yeboah explained that the office, which he personally established and furnished, is a deliberate step to ensure that constituents have a permanent and accessible place to present their concerns, proposals, and ideas. “This is my personal office as your MP, and it is for you. It is here to receive your issues, record your grievances, and work with you to find solutions. No longer will distance or lack of access be a barrier — I am here in Asuofua, closer to you than ever,” he assured.

He stressed that the office would serve as a hub for coordinating development initiatives, following up on petitions, and liaising with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and private partners to address pressing needs in the constituency. Key priority areas, he noted, include infrastructure, education, healthcare, and job creation.

The Queen Mother of Asuofua, Nana Afua Serwaa Kobi, praised the MP for his commitment and foresight, describing the initiative as a practical demonstration of leadership. “This is service from the heart. I urge all constituents to make good use of this office. Let us bring our concerns here instead of relying solely on informal complaints or social media posts,” she said.

Several assembly members present at the ceremony expressed optimism that the new office would speed up responses to long-standing issues such as poor road networks, inadequate school infrastructure, and limited access to healthcare facilities.

The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, prayers for the success of the office, and a guided tour of its facilities, which include a reception area, administrative office, and a private consultation room for constituents to meet with the MP or his staff.

With his personal MP office now operational, Hon. Frank Yeboah has reaffirmed his commitment to an open-door leadership style, pledging to use the facility as a hub for transparency, accessibility, and proactive problem-solving in service to all constituents of Atwima Nwabiagya North.
