Nana Barnieh Ahenkan, the Queen Mother of Asuofia, has expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Hon. Frank Yeboah, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality, for fulfilling his promise to repair the deteriorated bridge at Asuofia New Site in the Ashanti Region.
For years, residents of Asuofia New Site, particularly farmers and students, struggled with the poor state of the bridge, which became nearly impassable, especially during the rainy season. The situation posed a significant challenge to the community, affecting transportation and economic activities.
Recognizing the urgency of the issue, Hon. Yeboah took swift action to ensure the bridge was rehabilitated, bringing relief to the residents. In response, Nana Barnieh Ahenkan expressed her gratitude, emphasizing that the intervention had not only improved accessibility but also enhanced safety and economic activities in the area. She lauded the MP for his dedication to community development and wished him success in his efforts to bring more progress to the municipality.
Hon. Frank Yeboah, in acknowledging the appreciation, reaffirmed his commitment to equitable development across all communities within the constituency.
