ASHANTI REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT OF THE NDC HOLDS END-OF-YEAR PARTY

The Ashanti Regional Communications Department of the NDC has held a highly successful End-Of-Year Get-Together for members of the Regional Communication and Media Monitors teams from across the Region.

The event which came off yesterday, 2nd January, 2022, brought together all Communication Officers, media monitors among others, to brainstorm, take stock and motivate ourselves for the battle ahead as we work collectively to liberate the Ghanaian people from the shackles of this clueless and underperforming Akufo-Addo/Bawumia/NPP government.

The grand occasion was graced by the presence of Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi, our indefatigable National CommunicationOfficer, Ashanti Regional Chairman of the party, Mr. Augustus Andrews, Deputy Regional Secretary of the party, Mr. Matthew Njoukone and other key functionaries of the NDC in the Region such as Dr. Samuel Sarpong, a former Ashanti Regional Minister and Kumasi City Mayor, Lawyer Evans Amankwaa, Head of the NDC legal team in the Ashanti Region and Mr. Ofori Agyemang-Boadi aka “King Zuba”, a former MCE for Obuasi.

Others include Comrade Brogya Genfi, former Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer, Mr. Amon Kamel, former Parliamentary Candidate for the Asokwa Constituency, Mr. Joshua Kwame Fugah, among a host of other key NDC aficionados in the Region.

Speaker after speaker took turns to commend the Communication team for their courage and invaluable service to the NDC in a hostile political environment like the Ashanti Region.

On his part, Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi urged communicators to remain neutral in the up-coming Constituency and Regional elections so that whoever emerges victorious will have a united Communication team to work with, as the party girds its loins to work hard and take back the reins of power in 2024.

The team left the programme poised and more energized to continue to give of their best towards victory 2024.

We are immeasurably grateful to all those who made time to be with us on this momentous occasion.

God Bless you. Ey3 zu, Ey3 za.

Signed,
ABASS ADAMS NURUDEEN
(Regional Communications Officer)
