In a collaborative effort to combat the rising menace of substance abuse among the youth, the Amansie South Tertiary Students Union for Empowerment, in partnership with the National Youth Authority (NYA) – Amansie South District, is set to host a powerful campaign aimed at educating and empowering young people against drug and alcohol misuse.
The event, dubbed “Substance Abuse Awareness Campaign,” is scheduled to take place on Friday, 21st February 2025, at the Manso Adubia Senior High Technical School at 1:00 PM.
Empowering the Youth Against Drug Abuse
The campaign seeks to sensitize students and the youth on the dangers of substance abuse, including drug addiction, its impact on mental and physical health, and how to seek help.
