The contest promises to be an electrifying intellectual battle as the three schools vie for a coveted spot in the semi-final stage of Ghana’s most prestigious academic competition.

Hon. “I am extremely proud of our brilliant students from Mankranso Senior High School. Your outstanding performance has brought honour and joy to our district. You have demonstrated that determination and academic excellence know no limits,” the DCE stated. “As you prepare for this crucial quarter-final encounter, I urge you to stay focused, composed, and fearless. You have already made history, but I believe you can go even further to reach the semi-final and ultimately win the national trophy.”

The DCE assured the students, their coaches, and the entire school community of his continuous support, adding that the Assembly and the District Education Directorate are fully behind them. He further pledged a special reward package should the school advance to the semi-final and eventually make it to the grand finale of the competition.

Hon. Sedik also appealed to residents of Ahafo Ano South West, old students of Mankranso SHS, traditional authorities, and stakeholders in education to rally behind the school with their prayers and moral support. He emphasized that collective encouragement can motivate the students to deliver an exceptional performance.

“This is not just a competition for Mankranso SHS; it is a moment of pride for the entire Ahafo Ano South West District. Let us all unite in support of our young scholars as they carry the flag of our district high,” he said.

The remarkable journey of Mankranso SHS in this year’s NSMQ has generated excitement and admiration across the district. Many residents have expressed confidence in the team’s ability to defy the odds and make history as one of the leading schools from the Ashanti Region to reach the semi-final stage.
