Mr. Edward Kweku Akumatey of Nkurakan in the Yilo Krobo Municipality has donated food items to “HOUR OF GRACE CHILDRENS’ HOME” at Huhuya in the Yilo Krobo Municipality on Saturday, 18th June, 2022.
The kind gesture was part of his 75 years birthday celebration.
He said it has been his long awaiting vision to bring joy to the faces of the orphans as the world celebrate Fathers’ Day.
Speaking to the media, he said, he saw it necessary to donate the food items to the home and as well dine with the orphans and drink with them because they have no parents.
He donated Bags of Rice, Sugar, Maize, Water, Toiletries and 6 Gallons of cooking oil.
The Caretaker of the Orphanage Home Mr. Enoch Tetteh has appealed to benevolent institutions and individuals to remember them and come to their aid.
