The Nipa Nti Na Nipa Wo Ho Fun Club, a social support and empowerment group, has been officially launched in Bantama, Kumasi, with the aim of tackling unemployment and providing assistance to the needy. The club, spearheaded by its founder and president, Nana Kwaku Agyare II, who also serves as Otumfuo Gyaaman-Mmenhene, seeks to develop practical solutions to Ghana’s unemployment challenges, especially among women and the youth.
Addressing the media during a colorful float organized on the principal streets of Bantama ahead of the launch, Nana Kwaku Agyare II called on stakeholders to collaborate in creating innovative strategies to curb unemployment. He stressed the need for sustainable initiatives that uplift vulnerable groups while promoting community development.
Apostle Dr. Samuel Amagashie, a prominent member of the group and CEO of Dr. Amagashie Herbal Center, pledged the club’s commitment to addressing the needs of its members. He emphasized that the association is focused on delivering practical interventions to solve pressing socio-economic challenges faced by its members.
Adding her voice, Nana Agyeiwaa Kodie, the Queen Mother of the association, urged members to comply with the club’s regulations to fully benefit from its initiatives. She noted that the club’s mission is rooted in providing relief and enhancing the welfare of its members.
The Nipa Nti Na Nipa Wo Ho Fun Club is designed to assist the underprivileged through various interventions, including free health screenings, financial support for single parents to pay school fees, and aid for members facing financial hardships. With a minimal registration fee, the club aims to be inclusive and accessible to all.
“Our primary goal is to support the needy and ensure that our members live fulfilling lives,” Nana Kwaku Agyare II said.
The initiative has been lauded as a timely intervention in addressing pressing social issues in the Bantama community and beyond, fostering hope and empowerment among its members.
