Juaben Rural Bank PLC Announces Profit of GHC 5.8 Million as of October 2024 at Annual General Meeting

 

Juaben Rural Bank PLC has announced an impressive profit of GHC 5.8 million as of October 2024 during its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in the heart of Juaben. The AGM, which attracted shareholders, directors, and other key stakeholders, served as a platform to review the bank’s performance, discuss its strategic direction, and outline its plans for the future.

In a report presented to shareholders, the Board of Directors revealed that the bank had achieved a profit of over GHC 5.2 million in 2023, signaling a solid and consistent performance year-on-year. This steady growth highlights the bank’s robust financial management and commitment to providing valuable services to its customers and shareholders.

During the AGM, the Board Chairman of Juaben Rural Bank PLC, Nana Dr. Appiagyei Dankawoso I, addressed attendees, emphasizing the bank’s strategic efforts that have contributed to its success. Speaking to Sompa TV FM’s Odiasempa Kofi Boadi after the meeting, Nana Dr. Appiagyei Dankawoso I expressed his satisfaction with the bank’s impressive financial performance and outlined the way forward.
