We are Monitoring your Machineries in the region, Ashanti NDC warn NPP

The Ashanti Regional branch of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has throw a warning to the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for what the party described as the NPP planning stuffing ballot papers into the ballot boxes in the region.
According to the NDC they are monitoring all the Machineries of the NPP towards the upcoming general elections and is ready to ensure that the right thing is done before, during and after the elections to ensure violence free.
Mr Seth Atanga, the Ashanti Regional Deputy youth Organizer of the NDC who speaks to the media on the intelligence gathered by the party stated that if anyone dire to take Gh¢200.00 or Gh¢300.00 to stuff a ballot into the any of the boxes, the person must prepare his will before coming out to execute that criminal agenda, because the NDC is prepared in the region and if one want to try anything unconstitutional then must try it in other region but not in the Ashanti region.
He urged voters not to be scared about their security in the region because the elections are public elections and that would be Monitor by the public and nobody can compel one to leave the polling stations provided you are at the designated perimeters to monitor the process.
According to him, the NDC would help the police, military and other security agencies to arrest any miscreant and also enjoin any innocent Ghanaian been attack in other not to repeat what happened in Techiman South in the 2020 general elections.
He expressed optimism that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is winning the upcoming elections and would ensure that the exercise is peaceful and transparent.
