We would like to congratulate Mr. Kwabena Wireko on his award as the Best Male Akan Newscaster in the Ashanti Region.
It came as no surprise to us, the Atwima Media Practitioners Association, that our Public Relations Officer, Mr. Kwabena Wireko, a senior journalist and staff of AP Radio/TV, has been adjudged the Best Akan Male Newscaster in a recent media award held in Kumasi.
His honour reminds us of Henry David Thoreau’s famous quote: “Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.”
As a colleague media practitioner, we can attest to the fact that Mr. Kwabena Wireko, fondly called K.W./Unofficial Lawyer in the media landscape, has been exceptional in promoting the tenets and principles of journalism in the discharge of his duties at all times.
We are pretty certain that his versatility, coupled with his commitment to duty and professionalism, catapulted him to his current height in the practice of journalism.
We are proud of his achievement and believe that this remarkable success will spur him on to achieve more laurels in the near future.
Once again, congratulations, Mr. Kwabena Wireko.
Signed,
Thomas Awuah
Secretary
