The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Odotobri Constituency of the Ashanti Region has officially inaugurated its campaign team for the 2024 electioneering.
The 2024 elections campaign team is chaired by Lawyer Anthony Mmieh, the party’s parliamentary aspirant for the constituency .
Addressing party members at the inauguration, the Odotobri Constituency Chairman for the NPP, Mr Dominic Bosompem popularly known as Dompeace , charged polling stations executives of the elephant family to bury their differences and work hard to break the eight.
He said the 2024 general election is a must-win for NPP for the Odotobri constituency and the entire country.
“The numerous development projects all over the country by President Akufo-Addo’s government will speak for us in the upcoming elections, and there is no debate about it,” he added

According to him, the NPP government’s achievements within just seven years in Ghana are unmatched. He, therefore entreated party polling stations executives to preach the achievements chalked by the NPP government to Ghanaians Dompeace stressed,
“Let us preach our achievements as they are the surest way to break the eight-year tenure jinx”.
On his part, Lawyer Anthony Mmieh the NPP Parliamentary candidate for Odotobri constituency also called for stronger unity among members and supports of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), to enable the NPP break the eight-year rule.
He asked them to put aside whatever happened during the campaign of the recent NPP Parliamentary and presidential primaries , and work together as group that was focused on retaining power in the 2024 General Election.
Lawyer Anthony Mmieh said former president and flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has nothing new to offer Ghanaians.
According to him, John Mahama will loot the funds of the nation and leave office after four years without being accountable to anyone, hence, Ghanaians should not be deceived by his campaign promises and vote for him in the 2024 general elections.
Lawyer Anthony Mmieh urged Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia because he will put the country on the right pedestal.
As for the former President, he has nothing to offer. The four years that he wants to come to rule this country, he wants to come and chop and go. He will not account to anybody after the four years.
He indicated that Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia offered a better future than Mr Mahama
He further asserted that he is optimistic about Dr. Bawumia being able to change the dwindling fortunes of the Ghanaian economy if he takes over the affairs of the nation.
Lawyer Anthony Mmieh said the NPP was the only party that could manage the economy efficiently, to bring development to the people.
He said it’s important for all members to come together and refocus on the main political goal of retaining power in the 2024.
