BUOHO A/R: Over 4,000 NPP Landlords threatened to quit the party over DCE intimidation.

Over four thousand (4,000) NPP Landlords Association members within the five communities thus, Hemang, Adomankoma Buoho, Nkukua Buoho, Achina, Ntiri Buoho, in the Afigya kwabere South district of the Ashanti Region have threatened to burn their party cards of which they belong.

The association members have also treathened Quit the NPP party over the political power intimidation by their district chief Executive for Afigya kwabere South Hon Adu Poku Christian

According to them, Hon Adu Poku Christian uses military to humiliate house owners to leave their homes for stone quarry to do their work.

They said, though they supported the NPP party during campaign, they are now disowned by the current DCE.

Addressing the Media in a news conference, they stressed that, during the December 7th 2020 general election ,NPP votes reduced drastically due to diabolic behavior by their DCE .

They said ,if the party regional executives failed to addressed their challenge to re-appoint Hon Adu Poku Christian as their DCE they will not partake the 2024 general election.

They seized the opportunity to president Akuffo Addo , Ashanti Regional minister, Chairman Wontumi to come to their aid else they will quit the 2024 general election.

However, some of the aggrieved NPP Landlords members also expressed their displeasure over the harassment by the DCE,
They made humble appeal to the government not to re-appoint Hon Adu Poku Christian again.

They said they are ready to work with anyone who will think about the development of Afigya kwabere South district.
