A journalist and a former Manager at Airtel Ghana has asserted that the Ghana Cedi has rather jailed Bawumia and given the key to the dollar. Dr Bawumia in 2017 said that they have arrested the dollars and given the keys to the IGP.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Thursday, 20th October 2022, Raymond Ablorh wrote;
“The Cedi has jailed Dr Bawumia and given the keys to the Dollar.”
He added that at this rate, we don’t even have fundamentals to talk of it being weak. The exchange rate is exposing clueless and super incompetent Bawumia.
In separate post Raymond asked that what can Dr Bawumia do about the exchange rate as President that he cannot do as Head of Economic Management Team now? He should stop annoying citizens with his presidential ambition in this mess.
“Posterity has made nonsense of Bawumia’s economic lectures and the Cedi has rather jailed him.” Raymond Ablorh wrote.
