Odenkyem has performed creditably at Sekyere Afram Plains District

We the members of Concern Patriotic of Sekyere Afram Plains wants to express our heartfelt gratitude to our DCE, Hon. Joseph Gyamfi Owusu, a.k.a Odenkyem for extreme performance exhibited in his four(4) years term in office as DCE.

Since his assumption in office, in the year 2017, a lot of developmental projects has been executed which always trigger the anger of some residents in various districts to compare his achievements to other DCEs with more resources than him.

His humility and selfless leadership has raised him to the position of Dean of MMDCEs shows how creditable he is.

We can boost of his achievements in the areas including, classroom blocks in various communities to enhance quality education, agriculture inputs for farmers, strengthening security, quality health care delivery in various communities.

The assembly has been able to construct mechanized boreholes for the people and ongoing road infrastructure links to various communities to boost agricultural productivity in the district.

HUMAN RELATIONSHIP WITH TRADITIONAL AUTHORITIES

The good relationship between our DCE and all traditional authorities in the district is very Paramount towards socio-economic development of people in district.

Not only with the traditional authorities but as well as every individual citizen in the district between an elderly people and children.

The above statistics shows that, Hon Joseph Gyamfi Owusu (Odenkyem) has done very good job who took it from 1,882 representing 20.88% in 2012 which was under the Leadership of different Candidate, to 7,923 representing 49.51% in 2020 which has now closed the gap between NDC and NPP Parliamentary Candidates with only 156 votes (0.98% percentage) difference between him and the incumbent Member of Parliament giving hope for the Party in Future Future Election.

We are by this press release appealing to the high hierarchy of the party to consider the good job done by Mr Joseph Gyamfi Owusu, (Odenkyem) and listen to the calls of the Grassroots instead of personal AGENDA of some few “Hired” to Destroy the good Foundation built with toil and blood to put Sekyere Afram Plains NPP in such an enviable position.
