Mrs. Janet Awuah the women Organizer of Kwadaso constituency has called on the support of various women wings of the party to work assiduously in their various capacities of NPP goals in breaking the eight, She emphasized that the party’s agenda of breaking the eight called for a shared responsibilities of a strong base women wings of the party.
Speaking to the newsmen in an exclusive interview, Mrs. Janet Awuah stated that breaking the eight as the party seeking to achieve is not just a slogan but need all efforts from every member of the party especially our women wing who plays significant role in development of every country and this is the reason that the party is going to provide them with requisite resources for them to lead the campaign front of the party in 2024 general election and that is the only way we can break the eight.
She stated that the party had so far delivered on its campaign promises, citing how some pro-poor policies such as the free senior high school, planting for food and jobs have helped to alleviate the plight of Ghanaians.
In her view the ruling New Patriotic Party in this global economic challenges has done well for the people in this country stressing that planting for food and job initiative been executed by the Agric Minister Hon. Afriyie Akoto has yielded a positive resource in such a way that food had became abundant in this country as compare to others who are even struggling to buy a kilo of rice for consumption.
She said working with unity of purpose to achieve NPP’s agenda is non-negotiable given the fact that no political party had gone beyond two terms in governance under the fourth Republican constitution but with unity, hardworking and commitment breaking the eight is bound to achieve.
