In a village called Bankare in the Asante Akyem South District in the Ashanti Region, a man has done something which has shocked a lot of Ghanaians. This man who has been identified as Joshua has cut both fingers of his 7 year old girl.
According Kessben FM’s reporter, Multi Pee, Joshua sent his daughter on an errand to sell Sobolo on the streets. When the child had returned and had give the sales to his father. He accused her of stealing some of the money because according to him, she was supposed to make sales higher than what she has submitted.
He angrily demanded for the rest of the money and when the 7 year old daughter said she doesn’t have more money to give to Joshua, he got angry.
Joshua picked a sharp razor blade and cut both fingers of the girl.
When the little girl was crying from this cruel act, the neighbours around thought it was a usual beating Joshua is beating the child not knowing this time around the fingers of the little girl were being chopped off with a blade by the father.
According to reports from Multi Pee, Joshua has been apprehended by the police and will soon be made to face the full rigours of the law.
