Odehyieba Priscilla a Ghanaian Young Talented Gospel musician in Ghana has donated assorted items worth Gh¢5,000.00
(Five thousand Ghana Cedis) to Westphalian Children’s village at Effiduase Oyoko in the sekyere East district of the Ashanti region.
The items includes, bags of rice, cooking oil,tin fish, beverages,diapers, sanitary kits,bags of sachet water among others.
The management of odehyieba Priscilla ministry also presented and amount of 500$ to management of home as part of the ministry’s social responsibility to pay the children’s school fees.
Speaking to the Media, Mr Theophilus Sena manager of Odehyieba Priscilla charged religious and corporate organisations as well as philanthropists to increase their support to orphan homes, since the care of the these children is a shared responsibility that comes with blessings.
On her part, Mrs Monica Addo who received the items on behalf of home lauded the effort of the Odehyieba Priscilla ministry in support to the home.
She said their gesture would go a long way to help in running the the home.
She, therefore, called on other organisations and individuals to support the home with enough chairs with financial support to the children’s in the home.
Later, Odehyieba Priscilla also chart with the media on the rationale behind her donation to Westphalian children’s village.
