The Newly elected Dagomba chief of Shai Osudoku in the Greater Accra, Alhaji Alhassan Latif Lugsana has called on Dagomba youths devotes themselves in education and that is the only key which can guarantee them to become success in life. According to Mr.Alhassan Latif Lugsana, the newly enskin Dagomba Chief of Shai Osudoku district opined that education is the only legacy that can provide equal opportunity for all of us irrespective of where anyone found him or herself so it’s very pathetic for some of our youth to engage themselves in social vices that can put their lives in danger.
Every developed country depends on education and if we want to make our children to become very useful in this country then the only weapon that we can give them is education and not violence. We can’t continue to sacrifice our lives for other people for their personal gains we need to work hard and invest more on our children as our major priority so that they could contribute meaningful to the country’s development.
He urged them to contexts peacefully with other tribes and champion the cause of peaceful environment in the country.
He opined that Ghana is the only country that we have so why should we try to do something that can create chaos to ourselves let unite and come together as one people championing for a particular cause.
Alhaji Alhassan Latif Lugsana, admonished his youthful subjects resident in the shai Osudoku area not to allow themselves to be used as land guards but acquire relevant life skills that can help them make a positive impact in society.
He noted that the government has enacted rules and regulation governing the administration of lands guard activities and culprit would not be spared if they fell foul of the law.
Alhaji expressed concern that some youth in the area employed as land guards in the past were later dumped by their so called land owners without adequate compensation thereby worsening their plight sometimes I ask myself why people are still engaging themselves in such demonic activities.
In conclusion the newly Dagomba Chief appealed to the youth of this country to take the advantage of free senior high school policy and free vocational training that can equip them and shave their lives.
